Delivery & Returns Information
Free UK Delivery for all orders.
Most orders received by 2pm are despatched the same day.
Most labels are in stock and ready for despatch, Personalised labels could take 2 or 3 days but we always aim to despatch these within 24 hours.
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post which would generally arrive within 2 or 3 days, please advise us if you would like to upgrade you order to 1st Class post to arrive within 1 or 2 days.
Larger heavier orders may be despatched by a courier and will need a signature upon receipt.
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the delivery address indicated in your Order.
Returns Information
PatTestingLabels.com manufacture labels of the highest quality and we provide a fast and efficient service. However in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our product(s) we will deliver you a replacement product(s) or refund the price you paid for the product(s).
Items returned to PatTestingLabels.com must be returned in a re-saleable condition and must be accompanied by a returns note which we will issue to you.
Returns will only be accepted if:
1. The product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description.
2. The product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality.
3. Returns for Personalised PAT testing labels will only be accepted if there has been a printing error by us. PatTestingLabels.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given to us at the time of placing your order, unless you have notified us of any changes by email to sales@pattestinglabels.com prior to the printing of your labels.
PatTestingLabels.com must be contacted regarding the return within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be received by PatTestingLabels.com within 14 days of purchase. After this period any outstanding payment cannot be void, nor can any monies paid be refunded.
No refund or credit will be given or complaint accepted unless the goods are returned to our registered address, detailed below.
Products returned by you within the 14 day period referred to above will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us. If you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you and it will be reflected in your refund.
In the event of returning goods to us, we would strongly recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event within 30 days of the day we are in receipt of the returned goods.
